Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Grittyshops, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our return and exchange policies below.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges if the product is damaged or if we send you the wrong item. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs, and you can choose to either receive a replacement or a full refund.

To request a return or exchange:

1. Contact us at Contact@Grittyshops.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide your order number and details of the issue (e.g., damaged item or incorrect product received).
3. We will guide you through the return process and provide you with a prepaid return label if applicable.

Please note: The product must be returned in its original condition, including packaging, and must be unused or unopened (unless it was damaged during shipping).

Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, we may have already processed and shipped your order, in which case cancellations will no longer be possible.

To cancel an order:

• Please email us at Contact@Grittyshops.com as soon as possible.
• Include your order number in the subject line and indicate that you wish to cancel.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene or safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange. These include, but are not limited to:

• Personal care products
• Custom-made items

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and confirm the issue, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
